Document management Upload on Production

Hello All,

Recently one of Our Customer Upgraded from AXR3 to Dynamics 365 FO, due to shortage of time we couldn't work on Document Attachments to upload.

I had gone through the blog https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/dynamics-coe/2016/06/29/migrate-document-attachments-to-ax7/ 

If we Subscribe and Upload the folder as container to Azure Blob storage  is there any way to map the file to respective Order/journal.

As i read FileUploadTemporaryStorageResult will provide a temporary url and it will be erased on each time system restarts.
