Error While adding products to PO lines from (Add Product)

Hi Experts 

I am having the below error while trying to add warehouse products to the PO lines using button "add product

Error( Transaction scope is expected from the caller of method PurchLine.insert )

As after pressing on "add products" button and select all desired items then press on OK, the below error appears!

is there someone could help on solving this issue?

Installed product version : Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (8.0)

Installed platform version : Update15 (7.0.4841.41248)
