Unable to Print reports in D365FO On-prem

Hi All,

Users cannot print a Free Text Invoice or Sales order  in Dynamics 365 For Operations On-premises, Production Environment.

But they can print Journals and Purchase Orders, they have multiple legal entities, all entities have same issue.

After 5 minutes we get this error on Screen as in attached snapshot.

The operation is taking a long time to process, click Wait to keep waiting for it to complete.

Solutions tried - Restarted all VM's,  Service Fabric explorer is fine, tried printing using Print Management.

your help is much appreciated.
